Our Story

  

Hayloft Care was created to provide consistent, compassionate and high-quality care in a sector where reliability and professionalism matter more than ever.
We saw the challenges families face when looking for trustworthy home care, and the pressure that care providers face when trying to maintain safe staffing levels.

So, we built a model that addresses both needs:

  • Person-centred      home care for individuals, and
  • Dependable      staffing support for care providers

This dual approach allows us to support more people, more services and more communities across the Northeast.

Domiciliary Care at Hayloft Care (Regulated Service)

 Our home care team supports adults who need assistance with:

  • Overnight      and respite care

All care is CQC-regulated, planned around the individual, and delivered with respect and empathy.
We work closely with families and professionals to ensure every person receives safe, person-centred support.

Hayloft Care Staffing Division (Non-Regulated Service)

Our staffing team provides trained care professionals to:

  • Care Homes
  • Nursing Homes
  • Supported Living Services
  • Domiciliary Care Agencies
  • Extra Care Schemes
  • Learning Disability Services
  • Mental Health Services
  • NHS & Community Providers

We supply:

  • Healthcare Assistants (HCAs)
  • Support Workers (SWs)
  • Senior Carers
  • Domiciliary Carers
  • Registered Nurses (RGNs / RMNs)

All staff undergo DBS checks, mandatory training, reference checks and skills assessments before placement.

Note:
This staffing service is non-regulated. All regulated personal care is delivered exclusively through our domiciliary care team
